For fundamentals, read SEC docs and this thread. The short course is that this company has developed a "painless" computer-controlled system for injecting medications, and the product actually seems to work. There was initial enthusiasm when sales seemed to take off quickly among dentists, but the stock price collapsed when the true sales figures turned out to be less than they seemed. The product still seems to me to have potential, and the company has been taking steps to get its marketing act together. My personal take is that if the company survives and is able to grow sales just moderately, the stock will recover to $2 or higher. I'd say odds of this stock going to zero or going to $3 are about the same. So I'm hanging on.
