Sounds like Buswell was promised something(s) that FCM management never came through on. Wouldn't put it past Frank and his cronies. Maybe this will put a little pressure on management to do something for SH value and not just jerk us around.

George almost anybody can walk into a piece of crap company and turn it around for a while,but when it comes down to making the nut bust,its usually a combo of the hard head of the companies founder ,CEO and or the lack of talent of the person involved. What has been ever so constant here will answer that question for you.
