Thanks for all the posts....it gave me something to do while cheering up our stocks. My back feels a little better after spending the day in bed but my pocket book feels much better after some sanity came back into the market. I think we will continue you leg up from here but what we saw this week was a warning shot to remind us all of what I believe will happen in late January and February.
Be nimble and watch you sectors. BE PROUD IF YOU HELD YOUR GROUND THROUGH THE RATTLE SNAKE SHAKE.

You're telling that to the laziest person in the world. I have *never* exercised since I left high school !!! LOL

I don't have a very bad back, its just bad....but I am getting there !

If I tried to stretch my hamstrings, especially in the right leg, I'd be hospitalized...

But, you are right. Exercise is essential for keeping your back healthy and in shape. Being limber and strong support muscles like the stomach and lower back.

The MedX machine is the best for the low back. It has to be run by a doctor but is the only way to isolate completely the lower back muscles especially those little ones that specifically support the disk area. They should have a website. See if it is in your area.
