If you check the specs of their Athlon, they have copied Intel's APIC capability for Multiprocessor/Interrupt support and many of the SSE instructions as well. So they are good at sucking up Intel's developments and exploiting them for their own financial success. And, AMD completely outshines Intel in convincing the Media that they are a superior player in CPUs. Paul
