It only makes sense if somebody intends to steal the rug out from under the shareholders of PVF. When the market sees that kind of game playing people naturally just stand back. (Well now that I've read the release I can see what they are doing....taking paramount money and stuffing it through paramax and then giving it back to paramount and calling that a transaction. Meanwhile the cat has eaten the canary. Its bullchit to me.)

My feeling is that somebody wants to get all the shares of pxm they can so they are wringing the market like a spunge. Up and down just trying to shake people loose. I have no idea to what purpose but that is what it appears to me.
