wow gary, I just got my first download this year, so I got all gitty and just was gonna walk away from it for a day.

I'm sure I'm in for a few surprises along the way.

Like Wayne mentioned, it is slow to load the page. well, slower. not that big of a deal, but noticable.

More fun and games, eh?

Gary,

You are correct, you must import each day. I have been doing the same thing with 5.0 and merge for years. It does not take too long. Remember to delete the old WOW securities using WOW maintenance before the new import to assure that they will contain only latest QP values in case a correction was made. There is no link between the ASCII file which QP exports and the WOW format except what you do from within WOW.

I am getting the same problem with files that will not import. Unless the fix that QP is working on solves this, ASCII is not viable and WOW is dead.

Good luck,

Bob
