Have you ever checked with Watley?
They have a chat room deal on thier site.. Maybe they could make
a private one.. Especially if you brought them a group of accounts?

Hey Tim, have you thought about having a listserve email group where all your messages are encripted? I don't know if this is the best approach but you wouldn't need a "site" to operate and could change the password at your discretion and mail only to those that you want to include. It probably wouldn't be any less secure than the current system. Just my $0.02.
