Capt... MC has rarely been heard from since he stepped into the driver's seat, but it has been said that he has been visiting and personally dealing with many of CPQ's customers and asking "what is it that CPQ can do for you to improve our relationship and give you better service and product?" I'll bet he has personally worked his butt off to generate enough business to increase revs and make q4 a success. They'll jigger the books around, play with the charges, and when they're done, there'll be a profit of .17, imho. He and Rosen know that they only have one chance with WS and they are not gonna let it slip thru their fingers.
