Well I don't have to wait 20 minutes but there have been times especially during busy hours when the wait was 5 minutes. I am starting to plan the lead time needed to make a call now if a stock is falling and I want to buy at or below a certain point, I will call a few 'ticks' before I expect it to reach my target. It is very 'tricky'! On occasion the delay works to my advantage as the stock drops lower than my buy target or rises higher than my sell target. I would be happier though if the execution time was quicker. In stead I have to listen to the whole order being read out to me ad nausia. When you make a dozen trades in a day it is wearisome. Oh well in time we will be able to place the order directly from our own terminal. Those will be the days.
