Warren Jenson. 15%. He said that figure reflects operating distribution facilities in 1999 at a fraction of capacity, and bringing them online rapidly. They expect to finance their additional US capacity needs in 2000 "out of depreciation", and he said that if he came back with the 15% figure next year we had "permission to put a bullet in him".
