Not a chance. It looks like the system worked well when stressed.
The ACCOLC feature is of particular interest, since it relies on the SIM card to identify 'priority' mobile users.

I don't think IS-95 has this type of feature.

It occurs to me that in the UK a much higher percentage of calls made at midnight was on wireless as compared to wireline. ACCOLC is an interesting feature. I am wondering if it is employed by GSM operators in the States or if CDMA operators have similar functionality?
