Jerry, I've opened several accounts at WIT and had virtually no problems. I usually overnight the printed version after opening the account online, wire the money in a day later, and the 3rd day it is usually up and running. WIT is not good for a trading account, but worth the effort IMO if you are a small investor wanting to take advantage of the CMGI DSP program. I would be a little nervous about getting ALTA-VISTA under $20 however. Do you have another IRA account you could transfer? OR maybe you could open up just a regular account. Good luck! Mike
