Alex,

I believe their year ended June 30, 1999. And I believe
Capitol Bay may have got their earnings clock wrong. <g>
I don't know what the 'mistake' boils down to, they're
off a year from where they expected Quintek to be.
Whatever happened.

I believe the recommendations are from the same group.

So their price target of $5 happens to be what it takes
to get a Nasdaq listing. Maybe that's part of the
companies' plan? Hopefully by then they'll have the
$4 million in assets also. I believe that goal is
obtainable.

I take it all with a grain of salt! Everyone has their
own agenda. I want to make money, and I invest in companies
that I believed to be undervalued or growing into a
higher stock valuation. And I'm the type of person that
doesn't mind to tell others. I believe it's just a matter
of time, investing into QTEK and watching the plan come
together. Things seem to be heading the right direction.

Happy Investing!
