Oxford Health, HMO, battered by questionable practices and poor management. Stock fell from the 90 range down to a low of 5 or 6. Has since cleaned house, new management team in place, resolved billing problems. Remains one of the larger HMOs. This sector has been more out of favor than the health care/drug sector in general. Think this stock has bottomed and having successfully tested its recent low, looks to break out above the recent 17 1/2. Next resistance is 20 or so. If get thru there, look out above.
This candlestick 3 month chart on OXHP looks very promising to me. Think some is a trader and some is to put away for a grand slam in the bottom of the ninth in the 7th game of the world series. PS, here is a 3 YEAR chart: askresearch.com jmho. larry
