Yes, I very strongly feel that there will be a round 2 of insider selling after earnings announcement. What I would be curious to know is that how many of these are holding off till after the earnings. My feeling is that if a good number of them are holding off then they anticipate the earnings announcement to be good. If not then your guess is as good as mine.

But whatever happens, there are the major funds that will move in to snap up those stocks.

Insiders were free to sell after the lockup period ended. Officers are precluded from selling until three days after earnings are released. There probably will be some additional selling by officers after earnings. The question is to what extent. Looks like filings are already occurring. I would guess that it has a little more downside before ultimately being very very rewarding.
