I don't follow PE on stocks like this. I do think that ICGE is going to be volatile. I think that 100 on the downside is certainly possible. I think that the entire market will remain volatile also, I do expect a correction, probably in the second quarter. ICGE having a higher Beta, will suffer more.

However in 5 years I expect both the market and ICGE to be higher than they are now.
