Will visit the Natick store tomorrow to check if AMES had restocked. If serious problem exists at AMES in supply chain management it will be reveal in lack of merchandise.

News today related to cleaning out the warehouse to stuff the stores with merchandise. Great cost cutting and efficiency building. Warehouses are insurance against lack of merchandises. Just in time management will leave the warehouses empty most of the time. Supply chain management will make sure the vendors have just in time shipments to AMES with 20% more reserved for AMES expansion. Maybe we should ask for 30% reserves at the vendors' warehouses or they have to rent part of AMES' warehouse, which is what IBM is doing in Cary, NC with their distributors(co-something or another).

$100 here we come.
