Here is a copy of a reply I received:

Dear Mr. K...;

Thank you for pointing out this oversight. I have amended the Form 27 filing accordingly - the news release was disseminated through Market News and The George Cross Newsletter. My apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Best regards,
Stefanie Barilla

Therefore, I doubt we will be seeing the PR on CSW.

I wonder why they decided not to disseminate said PR through CSW...

Could it be that they want to keep it low profile until the financing is finalized?

This placement is subject to regulatory approval

Kind Regards
AK

keith, I have been checking out QBX, it seems to be very thinly traded and may be difficult to pick up shares at a reasonable price. I don't know if you recall a internet travel company that you traded awhile back.

I forget the name now, <HSS or something like that> but it was next to impossible to buy shares as not much was offered..

my question is, is this the case with QBX? I really don't like this type of company as there is no liquidity! Tell me it ain't so!
