Look at the filing and you will see they are not required to spin any off to shareholders at all. Not being complete fools I suspect they will keep 5% +- in COMS and that would be understandable. There will be a spin IMO but,,, I hope the biggest run on PALM is in the first day or 2 of the IPO and COMS tracks it closely (it should). I plan to bail at that time and if I can find a reason buy PALM shares much cheaper in the following days/ months--- esp like when 80% are able to hit the mkt after a runup and pullback... JMO

Say something POSITIVE with a little more VIGOR, plzzzzz! Surprise us! Dumped half my jan calls thurs...couldn't take the heat! Sitting on Aprils...I assume these will be adjusted via appropriate formula! Good luck next week... FNS
