My own theory is that there were some people in APCC with a view towards power interruptions in the wake of Y2K. With that scenario not panning out, these same people don't see a good reason to remain invested, so we have a mild sell-off.

Preannounce coming I guess.

Just long and hating it now, the selling is relentless if you look on the chart for OBV or red line volume, we can only go up if a great announcement hits the street.
