Hello Dale, from another Dale! So you were smart enough to bail out of the market during the terrific runup the last two weeks of December; That may not be so smart. Even if one was to get out at the very top, and then buy back in at the very bottom, what would they gain? The tax implications, could be huge, thus taking away from their gains. Unless they got out near the top of the bull market, and we spend a long time in a bear market, then their realized gains will be small. And this bull market is not finished, IMHO. Regards, D.
