It is a little more than greed. Mystic's original post on Stockhouse could be considered to be borderline paranoia but I agree with him the whole deal smells.

On the one hand they say they are about to sign a drilling contract, there is now less than a week until the original start date, they also say they have raised "most of the money", but have they?

On the the other hand one would think that given the price double from the $0.20 range,and strong copper market that they should have had no trouble raising capital.

I remain cautiously optimistic that this is merely a case of greed.

A poster out there somewhere hoped that CDNX would not allow the options. I don't think CDNX can do that just because existing shareholders are angry. Best case is that they do have to raise the exercise price to $0.35. (And if that is true, then we have a pretty dumb management team out there.!!!)

I have an "original copy" of the NR from Rock, the Options are priced at .32c not .23c! The .23c is an error that originated outside of Rock offices. I have confirmed the .32c with Mr. Kennedy CEO of Rock Resources.
