addendum isld earnings & sandpiper Q: Has it been decided as to whether sandpiper earnings will be reported at same time and, if so, whether they would be reported separately or as part if isld earnings?? A: From: John Clancy <jclancy@digisle.net> To: <guardian> Yes we will be including Sandpiper's earnings on this report. However, the report will only include 3 days of Sandpiper information. The deal didn't close until 12/28/99 and the quarter ended on 12/31/99. Not much impact. Since Sandpiper was a private company until that point, no other information will be publicly available. John
