No, sorry, but SBAS is not a cup and handle pattern. Aliens INIT comes about as close as one can get before the rise - there is a bit of a drop off after the cup was finished forming - INIT is a tight c&h. The only problem with INIT's formation is that the handles drifts a little too low, but given its a tech stock and there some other market pressures in November/Dencember, its holding up well.

But, beyond that, SBAS is a nice looking chart, compressing a pennant toward a high probablility price chage of some significance - the direction of the pennant and trend for SABS is up - and thats a very good signal.
