Really? I was just going to reply to Michael because I was quite concerned about that legislation.

For one thing, I don't understand the motivation in the first place... usually these things have some sort of tax angle but there was none of that here... and beyond that, there is the issue of business travel, conventions etc. where people are working... is that also covered under osha.

If you think this is a closed issue, I believe you are wrong. With the trial lawyers, unions, and government loving Democrats caring about our children so deeply. It's only a matter of time before an attempted power grab like this happens again.
