Purply moon was fantastic.

I saw Drop Dead Gorgeous and LOVED it. And the Red Violin. Dick wasn't very good, and disappointed me. 200 Cigarettes was quirky and fun. Metroland, fantastic. Mickey BLue Eyes- silly, stupid, but ok for fluff- same for Notting Hill. I know I've rented some other good films but I can't remember them.

Recently saw "Mansfield Park." Good, a must see if you like the Merchant/Ivory type of flick, don't expect it to track the book, because it doesn't, but pleasurable nonetheless.

"Magnolia," good, truly, truly strange. See it if you like truly strange movies that might make you cry. If you liked "American Beauty," you'll like "Magnolia." Jason Robards and Tom Cruise are awesome. When you see it, please don't give away the ending. Really bizarre.

Finally rented "Dancing At Lughnasa", it's worth watching, although it's heavy-duty on the tear-jerking. Meryl Streep does a good job. Usually she gives me the pip.
