Pharmaceuticals:

Have you guys been watching this sector at all?
There are some really bullish charts out there right now...

AEL
ANP
AOM
HBP
IEX

The first three have had substantial runs already, but the
last two look like they have a lot more in them yet. It just
may (finally) be a good year in general for the small-cap plays.

i don't think Lou S. meant to say there wasn't "actually" a rogue trader, but sometimes it was to the fund/company advantage to play up this angle after the fact, for insurance reasons. Afterall someone has to pay, beit the individual investor, fund or insurance! It would be interesting to know how many people did know about the trading habits of this "rogue" trader and didn't do anything to reign him/her in.

Isn't there such a thing as risk management and staying within trading parameters set out by management of the company. Aren't the traders suppose to blow out their positions if they suffered losses within a certain parameters.

But with the Phoenix Fund, it's another story, as it is now finished, i believe.

So what do you see as a good entry point for TRP now, considering this news, I thought we had already seen a bottom, but now I'm not sure how much farther it will fall...
