Datek vs Schwab

On Dec 31st the day of the split, I placed identical trades
to sell some Q at both Datek and Schwab. For Datek it took
seconds to sell the split shares, for Schwab I couldn't
do it online (still listed presplit shares in acct).
I had to call up and after about an hour of customer
support they finally got sold. Plus Schwab charged $55
for customer support of transaction (now have to call
up Monday to get $29.95 fee)

For Datek I have used them for the past year and am
completely satisfied with there costs and fast executions.
