So you are essentially saying that Nasdaq gave ANCR a chance to answer/refute the challenges? If that is the case, and the statement is released before the open, it would seem that the crisis is perhaps over? Is there anyone here who has a different scenario of what will happen Monday morning? I know I should not have margined ANCR but I did, and the most probable vision of Monday's events will help me strategize the best way to cover, since I would never want to sell my lovely shares.
