That's funny, M. I had always wanted black hair, so years ago I put a black home dye on it - it turned pale pink and green with blackish-gray stuff. Dreadful! Boy, I learned my lesson fast.

I am natural blonde so my problem is streaking when not done right but I have a close friend who is a hairdresser and she is great! I dyed my hair blue earlier but it just didnt turn out right and she suggested the purple. I get some great stares and unbelieveable comments but THAT's me.....always one to be carefree. I usually do the opposite of what everyone does. You should have seen the look on my parents face when I came home for a weekend!!! Not only that but its really easy for my buds to pick me out at the beach! Jane
