You might investigate this further (end of lockup ICGE) i.e. effect of end of lock up period on stock price. Long term I really like ICGE but IMHO I decided to lighten up on ICGE puts (sold) and sold my entire ICGE position until the dust settles. If 401k money dries up with a flood of stock coming to market (possible doesn't mean it will happen)in early Feb this could be risky...CMGI might be better play with split coming up and nice pull back from highs even with Fridays run. Just my thoughts.
