I work for a large mining company that is partners with Minorco (a huge worldwide mining conglomerate) in the new Collahuasi copper mine in Chile (4th largest in the world). Coincidentally, Minorco is the principle owner of the JDX Loma de Niquel mine in Venezuela and through this affiliation I heard that an executive from JDX was in Venezuela last month. I'll bet "dollars to donuts" that JDX is working on a sale of their interests in the Loma project.
Furthermore, I speculate that since a name change is in the works for Jordex it would make sense that they would like to have the sale completed prior to a name change simply for ease of administration. This would all fall in line with Jordie getting their "ducks in a row".
