IJ, when CNBC talks about the size of the lockup shares, ICGE can easily take a 30% haircut. CMRC's lockup expiration was well known to many, but it wasn't until CNBC mentioned it repeatedly that really sent the stock on a downward spiral.

Potential investors ought to be aware that starting in February, a significant
amount of stock held by insiders will become available for sale. Over 46
million shares will become eligible for sale in February, another 45 million
from March through May and an additional 95 million in June. The
company said last month that a "significant number of these shares will be
sold when eligible for resale," meaning the market will have to absorb a lot
of stock in the next few months.

Regards,

Tom

Do you really think quarterly earnings matter for a company like ICGE at this point?

I fully understand that the market's perception of this company is based on it's enthusiasm for the sector and all that it offers. I also believe, however over valued, that a surprise on the upside will bring them huge amounts of press. People are betting on the future. They will cling to any positive news out there.

Hey, along with the facts, this thread is about educated opinion. Isn't it?

good luck to us all.

I don't disagree that there can/may/will be a sell off. I just don't know how long it will last, because as you said, there is too much enthusiasm for the sector.
