it's just a matter of time IMHO.

they have taken the first step by changing their accounting policy regarding write-offs of development costs. they have done so to conform with U.S. GAAP, even though their statements are prepared in CDN GAAP...baby steps!!

i believe that they need to get a handle around the integration of JBA, first, and then focus on listing down south. the yanks are much less forgiving than canadian investors when it comes to such things as write-offs or missed or revised earnings. doug should know given his background.

i too believe that the street has disregarded geac...for now. they will come in droves once management get their act together and bring forth a plan to push this little company to the fore.

although i would like for management to move at a quicker pace, i can relate with them that this integration likely much more complicated than they originally expected. once this is behind them i truly believe we will see the 1996/97 levels once again.

here's hoping i'm right!!!!
