I'm familiar with the UCOMA/UPCOY situation, but I don't think that discount ever got much more than 35-40%. We're talking 60% here; and granted there is some risk on the upside, but if done on the proper ratio you won't get hurt too bad assuming the discount comes back up to 30-40%. At the very least, it's the poor man's way to short PLUG.
