Hi Terry (and everyone else): Yes, it is true. Ira is in Prison. I worked as a prison psychologist a while back. I remember learning that information on inmates is public information. In my day, you had to write a letter to a state's DOC (department of corrections) for information. These days it is all on the web. Here is a link to the DOC in New York state. Simply type in the names Monas and Ira where indicated and leave the other fields blank.
