Ron, a couple of comments . . .

MOT has recently fallen to 6th place as a chip maker, although there sales have only leveled off (there was a merger or two, and others have had sales increases). If anything, I think this puts more pressure on MOT to develop cutting edge technologies.

Don't remember where I saw this, but I think TRW is working with a silicon vendor. Not that they can't switch to us, but we shouldn't (as we often do) add 2 + 2 and get 5.

If MOT began working on this 17 months ago, then IDT had a MOT and CPQ connection before IDX made its first merger overtures.

The 150K 'sold' figure is new. We've seen "over 100K" shipped, and then "over 250K" shipped . . . but now we might have an clue as to how many were sold, and how many are in the pipeline. It also gives a handle on IDT-based revenues next quarter . . . which could be around $3 million, if we use the 150K sold figure.
