Lola and Buckey. That KYC rule is touted to protect us but it is merely a rule put in place to make the brokerages appear responsible to their clients IMHO.It is for the brokerages protection. There should be a waiver that we can sign after we have stated 100% high risk which says we will not hold them accountable so our trades can go through faster. That is one of the major problems with our Canadian systems or brokerages........POOR EXECUTION......

I am a firm believer that knowledge and execution in this business are the two key ingredients to be successful as a daytrader. But one can have all the info and knowledge available in a given stock but if they can't execute all is for not.

I will wager everyone else on here has missed one or more good trades because they either couldn't get through(on hold) or the site was slow if entered via the net and then the house locked up their order while the stock either ran or tanked.
