A distribution is NOT taxable until the shareholder sells the stock! I received LU (Lucent) from AT&T the LU became part of my cost basis on AT&T ..

Market caps... 6+B x32% = approx 2B, mkty= .7B, approx 65% discount. If discount reduced to 40%, mkty should equal 1.2B and its share price would be $94 instead of $55. Also MKTY owns 16% of SATCON which should add additional value to
MKTY. Bill
