KJ,

I don't think that 8 mil shares and a 20% drop in price (and just on fri) was because of profit taking,
panic selling and/or a combination of factors.
In the past, I have been burned badly when the price and volume acted similarly and even the
CEO in one case assured that nothing was wrong.
Of course something WAS wrong and I was among the last to find out.

Where there is smoke there is often fire and last week was a LOT of smoke.

I guess we all find out monday morning.

I hope you are right. Your logic, as always, is impeccable.

I am somewhat disturbed myself at the gigantic volume. Does anyone have more info as to the sizes, and distributions. Who were the sellers......large or small blocks ?

I am not a technical expert, jet I would like to know more about the character of the transactions........institutional , retail or other.

PAR makes a good point about the smoke / fire syndrome. Normally, if there is smoke there is a good reason to investigate fire possibilities. However in a market like this there is also the opposite........how to make mucho denero......creating the image of the fire.....and for that smoke seems a good strategy.

In any case one consideration becomes obvious. A lot of ancr investors are NOT sleeping peacefully. This weekend has been absolutely stressing. I think that having to wait until monday is absolutely sadistic. If the news release is ready ( and I speculate that it is ), then why not post it publicly on Fri eve........sat morning.

Because we must defer to the Big Boys of Wall Str., and they are off for the weekend.
Maybe slowly, but with progress, this kind of thinking will change. Maybe in the future the investor will receive more equitable consideration.

I know that for many on this thread this investment is a big part of their savings and time spent studying and being informed.

I feel we are all being somewhat uselessly tortured waiting for something which is well ready and waiting.

just my "modesta opinione"
