So, do you think there will be a CDMA chip in each device in the home or car, or will there be one CDMA internet connection with each other device connected to it by Bluetooth?

Common sense would dictate that any device that is portable would need it's own HDR connection if it were to function independently of the car, home, office, etc. All devices fixed in a car could share the same HDR connection and all devices fixed in the home could also share the same HDR connection (via Bluetooth or similar).

I see a model similar to the latter. In the home market, HDR will have to compete against DSL, Cable, and other non-mobile radio technologies.
