Jack, The engineers are not from Cascade. A board member and technical advisor are associated. I wonder if that will remain the case since they work for a Siemen's company and Siemen's is now suing Qtera...

May I ask where this money is coming from.

The stocks of the Providers viz RBOCS, CLECS,NSP and ISP's are currently tending towards their lows. Will these providers not be affected by an increase in interest rates.?

If they are affected, what has been their historical response regarding their orders to the Eqpt suppliers when interest rates are increasing.
