There is value here, but it will take some time to be realized, at least six months, IMO. The good news is that it is not a product problem, which would really trash the company competitively.

IBM's reporting a 38% decline in MIPs growth yesterday afternoon and noting that Y2K lockdowns are persisting into the current quarter says to me loud and clear that it's six months before BMCS sees the turn.
