In reviewing Favors' work I have noted a number of things. I respect the fellow because he has studied the greatest technician of all time--Edson Gould.

Pick a factor that Favors' uses in his analysis and his reports that you also use. Then compare his historical use of that factor with your historical data. Draw your conclusions.
