<Could someone possibly enlighten me as to TRAC's motive on the multiple splits.>

TRAC is splittling because THE PEOPLE want it to split. LOL

<"Stock splits are the best!" Stock splits always work and investors love them. Of course, stock splits don't change the underlying value of the company, but do attract gains.

Every company has gone this route to boost shares, but credit Track Data (TRAC) for putting a new spin on it. Track Data, which has gone to the well too many times with stock splits, said it is setting up polls to see whether investors want a stock split.

Apparently, Track Data's last split irked a few folks. Maybe that's because shares were nowhere near $100 and the company issued two splits in two months in an obvious publicity stunt to boost its myTrack product. The solution? A poll.

"The poll is designed to provide a quantifiable survey of the attitude of investors. It is informal and not binding on Track Data," the company said.

And all you have to do is download the company's myTrack product to vote.

"We try to stay close to our shareholders and myTrack members and we are really looking to them for some feedback on this issue," said Barry Hertz, CEO.

Yeah right. By the way, TRAC got a 10 percent boost on this questionable news. >
