Victor, I'm glad you had a positive experience with etrash. Here is mine. I ordered "My First Christmas Set" for my new nephew in early Dec. "My First Hannakuh Set" arrives several days late. My sister goes to the trouble of returning it and requesting the correct item. "My First Hannakuh Set" arrives again within a couple days, courtesy of Fed Ex. My well-meaning sister goes to the trouble of calling etrash again. They ask her to write a letter explaining the problem, along with the second returned item. She complies. My new nephew's first Christmas passes without any further response from etrash. I cancel the order 1/8/99. I hope my credit card is in fact debited. Will etrash finally deliver?

I don't like the way etoys is structured from a management standpoint. The technical leadership is below the director level, which basically means they have no technical leadership. I think they are a bunch of fools, really.
