So let's hear your proof that Elian's father is unfit to care for him. You seem to have the inside line on this. What was it? Did he beat him? Molest him? Deprive him of food?

What did Elian's father do that would justify depriving him of raising his son?

Is it simply that he was born in Cuba??? Is that his crime???
