A few Questions:

1) When a MM's says "It Wouldn't be in our Best Interest" to fill a large buy order - Is he really saying "We are Naked Shorting this stock - and that is illegal - Therefore we cannot fill that order"?.

Usually they say, there are orders ahead of yours. I have never heard of a MM saying it this way.

2) Is anyone else surprised that there appeared to be no news from the Intel/Lucent/TI front since this was a huge showcase for new technologies. Did EDIG drop the ball, or is it coming soon?

3) Does anyone think this can go under $4 since it took so long to become eligible to be listed on the Nasdaq Exchange? Are there deep pockets to support the base of $4. Equity Investment companies? Minority investments from Intel/IBM/TI, etc. since they have a stake in teh future of EDIG since it is (hopefully) incorporated in their next generation devices?

I think we will drift down toward $4, since there was no blockbuster news from the CES.

Opinions Anyone?

David,

This board works best when the participants all contribute something to it. You made a point of thanking others, including myself for the information posted here and you are welcome to it. It is provided freely in the interest of building an informed investor base that will act rationally in the face of short-term downtrends such as that experienced Friday.

But with that comes a responsibility to contribute something other than foolish questions and commands to "repost" something for personal benefit. It pains me to think of the agony you must endure in hitting that "Previous" link, but my compassion is stretched a little too thin by someone who does not seem interested in offering anything of value to the rest of us on this thread.

Walter Morton gets a lot of criticism (and some good natured kidding) on this message board for his seemingly excessive posts and skepticism. But he works harder than anyone to dig for potentially relevant information to share with the rest of us.

I believe that you are capable of being a positive contributor also, but shed the self-pity on the difficulties of due diligence and you will get a little more cooperation from the rest of us.

JimC

(Too bad DonalDuck didn't respond to you. Perhaps he would have been kinder.)
