Why not just follow the price with trailing stops? That way when you are stopped out, buy the stock back at the lower band or on reversal stick at the bottom... CC's are dangerous for volatile stocks. They can be quite profitable if traded short time, buy your chances of losing the stock or missing out on a large profit potential are high.

Trailing stops only cost commissions. You can always buy the stock back!!!!

Kayaker - thanks for your insights re the similarity to last year - Yes February was a downer - that is why I am buying the Feb QQQ puts. Actually hope the NAZ goes up some more so I can buy them cheaper. First 20 contracts bought @ 2. Hope to see the similar action as last year.
