T2, I'll look into this some more, but on the surface these releases appear vaguely reminiscent of some earlier proclamation by the GSM community, only these appear to be of the type of steroids that are only found at the IP counter. Later, Frank

T2, thanks: here's a snip:

Vodafone AirTouch is now ready to announce its plans for the structure and operation of the global platform together with details of the other elements of its global strategy for mobile data and internet.

Again, reading between the lines, "structure and operation of the global platform" could indeed presage an infrastructure arrangement. Also, since the conference will also address "global strategy for mobile data and internet", this indeed would contemplate an international infrastructure footprint in order to make mobile data "global"--i.e., perhaps through GBLX's pipes. Also note GBLX's interest in Nextwave's spectrum (I shouldn't confuse the issue any more <g>).

I think, shooting from the hip and in a gambling mode, why not throw my chips on the roulette table on top of Robert's.
What number and color are you playing, Robert. Does the roulette table have black and green?
